I know there is a list of foods to avoid during treatment. Is it tucked away somewhere I missed looking? Do you avoid them completely or just during the hours of treatment. I'm asking because I like to eat pineapple in my cottage cheese in the evenings and I thought there was something about avoiding Vitamin C? Thanks in advance.

I'm on day one. I am working up to protocol 1000. I started today with one drop every hour. Glad I didn't go higher because it's giving me some stomach issues, which will be appreciated more, later, I'm sure. :-) The thing I noticed right from the first dose was the ease of pain in an especially painful arthritic finger and a painful heal.

I must say, the taste is really hard on me, a person who was a Pepsiholic two days ago. I have NEVER been a water drinker either. Is there ANYTHING that can be added to hide the flavor? Burping is very unpleasant.

If you are following the Starting Procedure, 1/4 drop/hour is the beginning dose. When increasing dosing and you experience negative side effects, reduce dosing my 50%. Slowly increase the next few days.

Protocol 1000 calls for 3 drops per hour maximum. That is not a goal and you may not need to reach 3 drops/hour. Some stage 4 cancer patients have recovered their health with 1 drop/hour of MMS1 or even less.

Suspect foods should be avoided until 1 hour after your last dose of the day.

If using 50% citric acid to activate MMS, and you have stomach problems, switch to 4% HCL and see if that helps. Some people can not tolerate citric acid.

All the above and much more is in the latest book, MMS Health Recovery Guidebook.

I will cut back to a half drop tomorrow. If the taste is cut by 50% too, it won't be half bad. :-)
