Hello linnymarie. You are following the Starting Procedure, which is the first step in the HRP (Health Recovery Plan) as outlined in Jim Humble's 2017 book MMS Health Recovery Guidebook.

Yes, you can use 2 fl oz of the 4 fl oz for day one's 1/4 drop hourly dose and split that in half for you and your husband, 1/4 drop each. Now you only have to throw away 2 fl oz instead of 3 fl oz. :)

There is another version of the Starting Procedure I wrote for those using CDS, CDH or MMS1 Tablets.

2 ml of 3000 ppm original CDS equals a 1 drop MMS1 dose in a normal stomach
