How bad is taking a day off for healing with MMS. I know that if you're not feeling well, you're supposed to cut back and not stop; but sometimes it just gets to be a pain to do something every hour. Is taking a day off like starting at square one or is it not that big of a deal?
If fighting an illness, the idea is to keep your body saturated with CLO2 so the bad guys die. If you stop taking MMS they can regroup. If you miss a dose or even a day of dosing, start again as soon as you can. Continue until well or at least until you see improvement. Some diseases may not be completely eliminated.
It is best to keep at it, for the reasons CLO2 explained. But if you do miss a dose, or even a day, don't beat yourself up over it! I personally would not recommend taking a long break, as in a whole day, but your own mental attitude and encouragement, etc. is important too!
That said, If you are taking a day off every other day, that might not be so good. I would say it also depends on how serious is your illness, and you might ask yourself how badly do you want to recover your health? Only you can determine these things. I can understand that creating an hourly habit (even if it is one that only takes about a minute to do) might seem like a mountain to climb--I have been in that place before. But you'll have to determine if the outcome outweighs the so called sacrifice. Wishing you well in your health recovery
