Jim Humble suggests 4oz of water for every MMS dose. Is this because of the taste factor or for some other reason? I have found it difficult in the past to drink 4 oz of the MMS solution because it takes so long to get it down. I’ve found it easier to add 2 oz of water to the activated drops, down it in two gulps, and then pop a cough drop in my mouth for a few seconds. This also makes it more convenient to carry a daily bottle around if I have to, since a 8 oz bottle will hold 4 hourly doses of MMS1. I could also drink 2 oz of pure water on top of the 2 oz MMS. Would whatever water I drink right after taking the MMS dose mix with it in the stomach? Does it matter how little or how much water I drink with or right after the MMS dose, I.e. could it be as little as 2 oz or as much as a big glass? Does the first dilute the MMS too little, and the latter dilute it too much?

You can use whatever amount of MMS1 dilution water you like. Although, drinking a lot of water may cause a problem with stomach acid activating the residual MMS in MMS1.

I am not sure about those cough drops, tho. Depending on what is in them, they might reduce CLO2 in MMS1.

If you are using 4% HCL MMS activator, the taste should not be that disagreeable. Using 50% citric acid is a problem for most people in the taste department and sometimes upsets their stomachs.

I assume a small slice of an apple right after taking the MMS, just to get the taste out of my mouth, would be ok?

I think apples should be okay from past comments from other MMS users.
