I saw this on You Tube a couple of weeks back and thought I'd give it a try. Seems to help breathing a bit, but it takes a couple of nights to get used to. Now after two weeks I don't even notice the incline at all. The wife is not snoring nearly as much, and my feet stay warmer, so I guess it does help the circulation. Nothing to lose really. I just put about 7" of rise under the top end of the bed legs and let it be. I was going for a 5 degree angle which is what is called for. My bed is a queen size and measures 88" from the top end of the matress to the bottom edge of the matress, so that should be pretty close Anyway, what can it hurt to try it?
The "inventor" says to give it 90 days to see if you experience any positive results. I did in a couple of nights.

I like this idea and I am now four nights into it. I will post results. Such simplicity. Reminds me of the simplicity and wide range of benefits with MMS1. This past 5 months have been an incredible time of discovery for me. Thank you all for sharing your knowledge and experience. I will continue to spread the word.
