It seems that a great percentage of people has a deficiency of B12 deficiency. While people clean their bodies with mms, the starting problem might be b12 deficiency. These are the
- pale skin
- chronic fatigue
- muscle contractions
- loss of memory
- trouble finding the right word
- lack of concentration
- hairloss
- depression
- anxiety / hyperventilation
- psychose
- bad sight
- bleeding gum
- itchy tempered
- feeling of cold most of times
- tingelings ( in feet and hands) feeling like walking on cotton balls
- pain (back, hand, pulse, wrists, hips and knees)
- obstipation or darrhea
- loss of weight
- blood anemia (fainting, dry skin, spontaneous hemorroids,
- tinnitus and eventually meniere
- headaches and maigraines
- Menstruation disorders
- infertility/abortion
- dry and brittle nails
- dementia
- list not complete....

Young children: autism and growing/developing disorder
Women with B12 shortage are more likely to receive 'cry babies'

NB: b12 and b11 are like brother and sister. Should be taken together

B11 is Salicylic acid and not folic acid.... However Folic Acid is B9.

Vitamin B11
Salicylic acid is an important beta hydroxy vitamin also known as Vitamin B11. It is a crystalline and organic acid. Salicylic acid is obtained from the metabolism of salicin. This vitamin is also found in plants where it plays role in the growth and development of the plants as well as in various other functions such as photosynthesis, ion uptake and in transpiration. It is synthesized in the human body by the phenylalanine amino acid.

Sources
Vitamin B11 is presents in both animal and plant kingdom.
Animal sources: The sources from animal kingdom egg yolk, meat, liver and poultry
Plant sources: The sources from plants are oranges, potatoes, as well as green leafy vegetables such as spinach etc.

this needs more attention.

currently looking for a place to buy injections.

been having these symptoms for far too long especially tingling hands and feet.

going to combine b injections with good diet and 2 hours of sun @ sunset and sundown when uv index is low.

i will let people know if i get results i think pineal gland, thyroid is to blame for causing this as well as vitamin d receptor malfunction in our cell nuclei

food just isn't working enough for me our farms are too ruined globally. 85% reduction in nutrients. unless you grow your own food using mineralization of your soil this is pointless trust me i have tried some of my seed doesnt even germinate anymore now days. probably can blame gmos and geoengineering.

sorry for the lack of fluent english i find it to be a form of control

P.S. certified nurse will be following this study and administer injections; their name will never be revealed so don't ask me

seems it may be difficult to get injections and the injections i have found that require a script dont include b15 or b17 so it is pointless.

solution may be apricot seeds i will be asking my locals to see if I can get extract

Hi Darksingularity,

The best way to take the B12 and B11 is melting pills under the tongue. No needles needed. By this way the vitamins enters directly in the blood stream under the tongue.

many have cut in them. I.E. titanium dioxide which if you research you will find is also used paint

if i find one that doesn't have a bunch of crap in it added ( cut ) then this would be valid.

the cut in many pills is what leads to chronic diseases and autoimmune disorders in the first place!

also saying "the best" is invalid; there is only better, no best; and pills of any kind or form are by far from best

not saying you are wrong just trying to be extremely clear
