I was just about to suggest Fasting gets put on the board since it's the easiest of all the things to try - nothing to buy, nothing to do, just do nothing
I did a 3 day fast last year after having flu for 3 weeks and by day 3 (of a dry fast - ie. no food or water) I felt amazing - so good in fact that I continued for a further 8 days doing a 23 hour a day fast - giving myself a 1 hour window (6am to 7am) to eat and drink whatever I wanted.
During the fast all my craving for sweets and chocolates went away.
