Thank you very much for your invaluable guidance. Since I don't eat meat that is not a problem for me. Obviously, I'm not a very good vegetarian, grabbing quick foods most of the time because of my constant work schedule, only cooking a couple of evenings a week. Now I am going to have to become a model vegetarian and work on a healthy lifestyle for myself. Quickly, I looked up spices, some of which I already have on hand, just have to experiment with them. Yes, I will get another test and retest, and continue testing until I can start the MMS. Yes, I will continue testing to make sure I am on the right track.
Thank you for that suggestion. At first I will try to eat as many vegetables as I can. Juicing is not something know much about and would have to get a juicer (unless a blender would work). That will be the next subject for videos for me to listen to while I work. This is a whole new lifestyle I am embarking on for myself.
By toxins in the vegetables, I am assuming you mean pesticides and other ways in which we destroy the food and the beautiful world we were gifted with by God. Right now I just have MMS2 and a miniscule amount of CDS left in a spray bottle with distilled water, which probably doesn't have much strength left. So I will have to get more MMS. How much MMS do I use to soak the vegetables. My friend who I gave Jim Humble's Ebook to read washes her vegetables in apple cider vinegar, perhaps I can do that for now. Yes, I agree a healthy diet is important; and, once I get it establish and some type of routine worked out in my schedule, I should be able to maintain it and be healthier and be an example of how one can become healthy again.
