On 19 June 2013, orphan designation (EU/3/13/1139) was granted by the European Commission to Shore Limited, United Kingdom, for sodium chlorite (also known as NP001) for the treatment of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.

Check out this forum link on using sodium chlorite.

2 ml of 3000 ppm original CDS equals a 1 drop MMS1 dose in a normal stomach

Here's what I've found from within an ALS blog of sorts found here:

www.patientslikeme.com/treatment_evaluat...rite-reviews?brand=f

Here's one notation:

Dosage: 200 mg Weekly
Advice & Tips: On Monday June 18 I self administered my weekly infusion of 4 ml = 200 mg of sodium chlorite.

And here's the 2nd notation:

Dosage: 1 L Daily
Advice & Tips: I started this treatment on 8/20/2011. It is an attempt to orally replicate the amount of NaClO2 that is being administered intravenously through the NP001 trial. The plan is to take one Liter per day of a water-based NaClO2 solution for 7 days, then rest for 16 days, then repeat. The water-based solution is made up of 1 gallon of distilled water, 4 mL of a 5% NaClO2 solution, and 1 gram of non-iodized salt. After only one week of taking this solution, I feel that it has helped me regain some strength in my hands and legs. The gains so far have been subtle, but nonetheless, they are still gains. I am looking forward to the next week of drinking the solution, which will begin on 9/12/2011. I have experienced some side effects including mild headaches, fatigue, and watery stool. All of these are relatively minor and very manageable. I will report more during the next several months.

If I had ALS I would take just 0.75ml of CDH and add it to 500ml of IV solution and administer it to myself at a drip rate of about 500ml per 6 hours. This would create 5.25ppm of CLO2 in the IV bottle.

I'm the creator of CDH with the help of CLO2 (Charlotte Lackney)
1 drop of MMS (at 24 drops per ml) contains 6.7mg (6700ppm) of CLO2
Every ml of CDH contains 1 drop of MMS
Therefore, 1 drop of MMS = 1ml of CDH
The main difference is that the drop of MMS is only 7 to 10% activated in the cup before being consumed while CDH made with 4% HCl is about 50% activated in the bottle. This is why CDH is far less nauseating than MMS drops.
