Label for CDS bottle was created by stumble
I have a doctor's perscription for CDS to be added to my husband's flush water but the nursing home will not accept the bottle without a label on it saying what it is and what's in it. I have been giving him hourly doses of CDS in his flush water (he is tube fed)at home, but he will soon be going back into the nursing home and I wuold like this to continue. I would also like him to be a church member so the nursing home cannot force him to accept flu shots. Since he is the only one in our 6 member household taking an hourly dose he is also the only one who never got the bronchitis that went through this house like wild fire.

Is there anybody out there willing to send me a sticky lable for the bottle of CDS I will take to the nursing home?

Hi Sandy,

If they are looking for a manufacturers, compliant label..... I doubt anyone has one.
No approved lab made uses.

It's illegal to ship it except frozen in special containers, on dry ice, in bulk trucks.
No one really makes small bottles except a couple MMS vendors.

Here's what they will be looking for on the label.

Proper Name : Chlorine Dioxide Hydrate
Active Ingredient: CLO2 (xxxx ppm) Remainder: Distilled Water

Instructions for use/ Indications for use
Manufacturer Name and Contact

There's more stuff that you should have when bottling this stuff, but they are gonna want to see this info for sure.
It's probably a liability thing, they want to pass the buck on to the manufacturer if an incident were to arise.
