I have been taking MMS recently but then stopped and have just started again with the starter protocol.
One challenge I'm having is that I'm used to drinking 4-6 cups of black tea (no milk/sugar) per day as I find it helps with my energy, however I can feel that this is counteracting the MMS. I'd like to get this down to one or two cups a day.
I'd like to know if anyone has found any good alternatives to caffeine that have helped them with their energy, any advice is appreciated.
I am confident that MMS will help restore/improve my health/energy, it's just that I am still drinking quite a lot of tea currently in order to maintain my energy levels, so I just wondered if anyone had found a good natural alternative to this or had any recommendations since I'm aware that tea is one of the things that can impact the efficacy of the MMS
