About the diet while on the MMS1/mms2/DMSO protocol for Herpes
May we eat Grapefruit, cooked Brussels sprouts, strawberries, pastas, gluten free bread, coconut oil, cooked or baked sweet pototoes cooked spinach, avocado pears, scramble eggs and any meats or only chicken and salmon and other fish. It's difficult trying to find a vege or fruit with low Vit C and anti--oxidants at the same time and frustrating when you are not sure whether what you are eating is depleting the MMS's function.
Does anybody have a list of foods allowed?
About the MMS1 and DMSO baths: I do not have a filter for the bath-would it be safe to use the unfiltered water anyway?
Would really appreciate your help

check out the bob beck protocol. sometimes the virus in the glands is not reached and needs zapping. its worth buying the magnetic pulser imo.
you cant however use mms and the beck protocol at the same time.

soups(most vitamins lost when veg cooked), eggs? and meat. hummus etc should be ok?
even try fasting at the same time. i find fasting can really work and helps the body clear out also.
fasting is one of the most powerful tools available to our systems.
Hello I just purchased the mms kit is two bottles, I'm so lost is going to be a few days before is delivered to me. My question is what to do once I get it, like what are the steps I have to follow to stop all these on. Every month right after my period I get them I'm ready for it to end. Is the kit all I need or I'm to purchase something else with it I'm on a fix budget unemployed do to a disability so not able to spend a lot I hot the mms kit from amazon if I can please get the right information so I don't get anymore on thank you...
Blake, do you have Jim Humble's book? It's available as a download, and definitely worth the read so that you can understand what is going on - I'm assuming you are working on herpes since you're in a herpes thread. MMS has been successful with herpes, although it does tend to take longer than the traditional 3 weeks.
