Other than not taking an antioxidant like vitamin C just before or shortly after, I don't worry about it. I just put it in all my plain drinking water during the day and eat and drink as normal.

Get well soon :)

I'm the creator of CDH with the help of CLO2 (Charlotte Lackney)
1 drop of MMS (at 24 drops per ml) contains 6.7mg (6700ppm) of CLO2
Every ml of CDH contains 1 drop of MMS
Therefore, 1 drop of MMS = 1ml of CDH
The main difference is that the drop of MMS is only 7 to 10% activated in the cup before being consumed while CDH made with 4% HCl is about 50% activated in the bottle. This is why CDH is far less nauseating than MMS drops.

Hi Scott,
I wonder what Jims thoughts are on taking the MMS unactivated. I seem to remember that he warned against it in the past. DO you Know?

Marianne, I was curious as well about Jim's current stance on ingesting unactivated MMS (SC), so I searched through his latest ebook and found nothing against the idea. In earlier versions of the current book he did say not to ingest MMS unactivated, so I guess he has changed his mind in the final release of the 2016 ebook.

2 ml of 3000 ppm original CDS equals a 1 drop MMS1 dose in a normal stomach

Thanks CLO2.

Yeah Marianne, maybe Jim's okay with it because it's such a small amount. After all, when 3 drops are activated in the usual 30 second way, combined with water and then ingested, each drop (according to testing that CLO2 did) is not even 10% activated, leaving at least 90% of each drop unactivated anyway. So in that way of doing it, a person is ingesting about 2.7 drops unactivated and only 0.3 drops activated.

This is a much milder approach.

Take care,
Scott

Want a healthier, cleaner mouth?

Holding this solution in your mouth for 15 to 30 seconds a few times a day, should definitely help with that.

Why?

Because the bacteria in our mouths produce acid that will begin to activate the Sodium Chlorite in this solution a tiny bit and a very small amount of CLO2 goes a very long way to kill bacteria.

Thoughts for food ;)

May you be well,
Scott

Hi Scott. I was wondering what is the size of the "drop" you use when mixing MMS with distilled water?

As you know, drop size varies a lot from dropper-to-dropper; as much as 2:1.

And, yes I know, if one is taking too much, you will know and then reduce the dosing to stop Herxing.

Thanks.

Good question - My current dropper produces 20 drops per ml but I'd say anywhere between about 19 drops to 25 drops per ml is ok.

Thanks Scott for that info.

At 20 drops per milliliter that would mean 4 drops would be 0.2 milliliters and that would be very easy to measure using a 1 ml/cc syringe or pipette.

If we all measured that way, there would be consistency among users. Now, most of us are using uncalibrated droppers or dropper bottles and we don't really know how much MMS we are adding to a liter/quart of water.

By the way, what do you call this method or protocol? Are you offering a prize to the person who comes up with the best description? ;)

Now, we need more testimonials from users of your method.

Hi Katniss,

Yeah you're right - it would be best if we all used the same sized drop - difficult though. I have a 10cc calibrated cylinder that I use to make sure my droppers produce 20 drops per ml, but many people don't have stuff like this and are just doing the best they can.

I think the important thing is to start with whatever dropper they have (hopefully it'll be right around 20 drops per ml) and then do just 2 drops per liter or quart to start which will be just a half drop (whatever it's size) per 250ml. Then, if that is tolerated well, and usually it should be, add 1 more drop to the liter/quart and see how that feels. If all is well add another drop, to make it 4 drops per liter/quart or 1 drop per 250ml. Then if someone wanted to add another drop they could, and another, etc. But for me 4 drops per liter seems to be perfect because I simply just don't get sick anymore and really feel great.

By the way, when I say I don't get sick anymore, it's a pretty big deal considering my current living and working conditions. I live in Jakarta Indonesia where the water coming out of the faucets everywhere is undrinkable/contaminated water.... but we wash our dishes with it and then eat off those dishes. Of course we bathe in it too. In addition to that, it's customary here to heat food up in the morning hours and then leave it on the table till dinner time at temperatures of 90 to 95 degrees F (33 to 34 degrees C) I'm talking about all the food; veggies, meats, etc. On top of that I travel to and from work in a taxi everyday which has been occupied by people from all walks of life. Lastly, my work is as a school teacher where I come into indirect contact with hundreds of students and teachers through the handling of hand railings, notebooks, door nobs, etc.

So as you can see, I'm living in a pretty heavily contaminated environment but I'm still able to keep from getting sick using this simple and painless, 1 drop per cup method.

And about the name....... hmmm good question..... I guess we really should have one for this. How about "MMSD 1000" (D for drop), or just "Drop 1000"

Please share some of your ideas, okay?

And yes, it would be great if people would let us know how they like doing MMS this way and whether or not it seems to be working for them. As far as I know at this point, there are only a handful of people trying this.

Thanks for all your good ideas :)

Take care,
Scott

PS. Katniss, I just looked and noticed that you haven't said you've tried this yet yourself - have you? And if you have, how do you like it? Thanks
