Hi,

My name is Ulrich Tobler, 72, retired Architect and Swiss/Australian national. I was lucky enough to have the first 20 years of my life in a relative healthy environment, clean air and water. Water without chlorine and fluoride added. Our food consisted mainly of home grown organic fruit and vegetable and the meat was organic and grass fed. I grew up on fresh raw milk, delivered daily early in the morning by the Farmer who’s cows we all new.

This healthy foundation got however eroded over the years and I started to get some age related problems. In January this year I was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis. I cleared that up with a vegetable juice detox that I’m continuing. As a freckled Swiss the Australian sun has done some damage to my skin and this I am treating with a 12.5% vitamin C serum, which seems to be working fast and without any side effects.

I was introduced to MMS by a visiting Lady friend and after reading up on it I decided to include MMS in a further intensive detox and then go onto the Maintenance Protocol.

Today at 15:00h I prepared the first bottle of MMS starting with ¼ drop (2 drops/ 8 portions) increasing daily for the next 7 days to 2.5 drops and then start for 21 days on 3 drops (24 drops/ 8 portions)

I decided to start at 15:00h so that I take portion 8 at 22:00h my bed time, giving the MMS the chance to work over night. This gives me the chance to take my 8-10g of vitamin C with baking soda in a glass of water, apply the serum and have my beloved coffee and cream at around 6 in the morning.

I know I’m not supposed to have any coffee or milk less than 2 hours before or after MMS, what about cheese and joghurt? Can anyone help me out there? Thanks!

I’ll let you know how I’m going.

Ulrich

You may have small porting meals including cheese and yogurt 1/2 hour after your dose. Keep all portions small, seems to me you read Jim Humble's book! I do wish you the best!!

Ulrich,

I am not in any way an authority on skin problems and I have some of my own, but I do know that some Vitamin C is just Ascorbic acid. And it sounds like you are making a paste from vitamin c and baking soda? So isn't that going to neutralize the vitamin C And the Baking soda? So the net effect is less than either ingredient by itself?

On a slightly different tangent to this. There is such a thing as "Liposomal" vitamin C which seems to be much stronger than just dry powder as far as the potency. That is mostly intended to be ingested, but it might be possible to use it some other way such as topically.

Then there is liquid Vitamin C that a practitioner can inject into the vein in serious cases. This is even more powerful than the liposomal version. There is quite a lot about all forms of vitamin C on You Tube, and also some good pictures of different kinds of skin cancer from dermaolgists on You Tube once again.

Then there is that problem with the Ozone layer being depleted in the very southern end of the world. You might be able to check on the ozone thickness and see if there is still a problem and see if that is a factor. The dermatologists are pretty worried about the increase in skin cancer in the general population, but I would imagine that Australia has more than it's fair share of skin cancer already. If you find out that Australia has 10 times the skin cancer of any country in the world, it might be good to re-locate. And since you are not from a particularly sunny climate originally, your skin may not be well suited to the challenge. If you are blonde or red headed, this can be especially problematic.

Good Luck!

No Tillerman6, the Ascorbic acid with Baking soda I ingest with a glass of water, the serum for the skin is 1tsp (level = 5 ml) mixed in 2 tbsp (40 ml) of spring water and I apply it to the face after washing it. It burns slightly but stops as soon as I apply a natural face moisturizer and it seems to be working. Australia is the skin capital of the world but before 9 am and after 4 pm one can catch a bit of sunshine without protection.

Thanks for caring :-)

I read somewhere that the vitamin C molecule was quite large and consisted of different components and that ascorbic acid was the thin outer shell or membrane of the molecule, and not the whole molecule.
Apparently the best vitamin C is made from orange and lemon peels. With a sharp knife thinly slice off the outer orange/lemon skin leaving as much of the pith as possible behind. Put the skin somewhere dark and dry and leave for a few days. Stick it in a coffee grinder and grind until its a fine powder. Keep it covered and in a dry place as it will absorb water and clump up again.
I make tea with it, along with a little grated fresh ginger and a tea spoon of pure honey. Plus I sprinkle it over everything I eat and drink.

ts7888,

Your skin therapy idea is interesting. So if I understand it right, you are using just ascorbic acid and water(not counting the internal therapy) after you wash the skin and then a natural moisturizer?

So I'm thinking that the Ascorbic acid would be an anti-oxidant. It couldn't hurt anything.

Did you invent this idea yourself or where did it come from? I like it already!

They use huge doses of vitamin C in an IV if someone is really sick, so it can't be all bad!

I have heard the argument that ascorbic acid is not really Vitamin-C.

Whatever ascorbic acid really is, I find it works. So did Linus Pauling.

The current L.E.T. Vitamin-C recipe I am using will eliminate any symptoms of an oncoming cold or flu in a matter of hours.

Some say L.E.T. Vitamin-C is as or more effective than IV Vitamin-C.

Thanks for your links CLO2, I have also been using Dr. Mercola's Liposomal Vitamin C. Apparently the absorption rates are: Ascorbic acid 20%, IV 75% and LET 80-85% (?). I have been using 8-10g Ascorbic acid for years internally but only started applying it to my face and hands when I googled "vitamin C basal carcinoma" after surgical removal of two on my thighs, turned out they were benign.

Thanks again :-)

Ascorbic acid is apparently the best antioxidant and it seems has been used for healing purposes for quite some time. If you are interested the web is full of info and tips.
